Flat-Line Pressing
Unlike cold-pressed sheets or manual acrylic applications, our panels are created using a flat-line pressing machine — a single-pass, high-pressure system that bonds acrylic sheets to HDHMR with exact alignment and even distribution.
This process eliminates air bubbles, waves, and glue marks — producing a mirror-gloss finish that is uniform across every panel. It ensures a stable, calibrated bond resistant to mechanical stress, temperature shifts, and long-term wear.
PUR Adhesive Technology
We use PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) adhesive — one of the most advanced bonding materials in the global surfacing industry. Unlike traditional glues, PUR offers superior water resistance, heat resistance, and long-term structural strength.
It forms a chemical bond with both the acrylic and core surface, resulting in an exceptionally durable, high-performance finish that resists delamination — even in humid, high-use environments like kitchens, wardrobes, and commercial interiors.
Calibrated Finishing
Every panel is precision-trimmed and edge-finished using high-speed cutting and polishing tools that ensure uniform thickness, clean edges, and exact dimensions.
